Chelsea will rise up from the centre of an historic site. Majestic iron gates and a full perimeter brick and stone wall are all that remain of Mount St. Mary Hospital. Built in 1890, the gates and wall have been designated heritage treasures by the City of Victoria. An act that will protect them for generations to come.
Chelsea will also be home to one of the area’s oldest residents. A magnicent walnut tree that has seen the neighbourhood grow from its earliest days. Concert is proud to help protect and support these historically significant icons. |
